The fully self-contained chalets are of rammed earth, with generous verandas and offering uninterrupted views to Bunbury and the ocean. Each chalet has a four burner gas stove with griller and oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery, gas hot water, shower over bath, slow combustion wood stove for heating the chalet, TV with DVD player, mattresses, pillows and blankets. All are air conditioned. There is also a gas barbecue at each chalet.

The chalets are spaced, with lawns and garden in between. The construction is of masonry (rammed earth) with finishing in cedar and pine. Each chalet is set up as a small house; that is, with seperate bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen-living area.

Linen

The chalets include all bedding except linen (bedsheets, pillowcases and towels). Bed linen may be hired at a charge of $8.00 for single and $16 for queen per stay.

Food

Most families bring food for preparation in the chalets. However, meals can be provided for large groups. Smaller groups, families for example, should inquirie if meals are requiried. There is a restaurant in Dardanup, 11 km away, and a big selection in Bunbury, 23 km away. We recommend guests bring at least some items of food to the farm.

Ferguson Farmstay now has a restaurant open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Tariffs

We rent the chalets from $115 to $210 per night for 4 people. Any extra person pays $12.00 per night. The tariff includes the fully self-contained chalet, all of the farm activities, and the use of the gas barbecue. Linen, that is, towels, sheets and pillow cases, are not included in the above prices and may be hired. A High chair is also available for $5.00.

Two bedrooms; One queen bed in a separate bedroom, 4 single beds in a mezzanine floor. Air conditioned, base tariff $160 per night.

Number 4:

Three bedrooms, two with a queen, mezzanine with 6 single beds. Air conditioned, base tariff $180.

Number 5:

Two bedrooms; one with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with bunk beds to sleep 4. Ducted air cooling, base tariff $160.00 per night.

Number 6:

Exactly like Number 5, $160.00 per night.

Number 7:

One queen bed in separate bedroom, bunks to sleep 4, cedar and fibro. Base tariff $115 per night.

Number 8:

Three bedroom, one queen, one with bunks for 4, one with single beds for 4, ensuite, air conditioned, base tariff $210.
